What is organ massage and from where does it originate?

Organ massage originates like the Cranio-Sacral therapy from osteopathy. Osteopaths are doctors who as a part of their education are taught a soft form for manipulation of the organs and bones. This manipulation is carried out as a treatment of bones and muscles with the use of hands in different positions.

Organ massage is a gentle and precise form for massage which releases tension in the organs and the muscles around these. The massage helps improve the movement of the organs and the blood circulation connected to these. Your state of health and general well-being heavily depends on how your organs function.
